excellent breakfast needed item central location
the breakfast was excellent. the room had everything needed for a short break. the location was near many restaurants, and it was a short walk to the promenade.

shower floor dirt spots
the lads who run this b n b were excellent breakfast was amazing 5 mins from railway station and same to town centre
i found our beds uncomfortable both my daughter and i slept very little hair in the drawer and the shower floor had hair and dirt spots

a great stay
hearty meal ideal location genuine care
i found great value in the breakfast it was a hearty meal. the location was ideal being close to the train station. the hosts showed genuine care for the guests making the experience personal and cute
the bathroom felt quite compact , made maneuvering a bit tight and potentially difficult for larger individuals

the hotel is very close to north train station it is round the corner from the train station the hotel location provides easy access for travellers arriving by train.

Alan and dean were lovely. They were always helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast had a lovely taste. It was flexible with serving times to accommodate early risers like myself.
the bedroom door didn't lock properly, IT was a major concern. i did message the owner for assistance. but they said the camera sees properly and they only one more person in, it's concerning. the shower and kettle needed a better clean.
